I will lose 20 lbs by Jan. 2011More than a year ago
I would like this, but I haven't yet developed the right attitude to truly want it. I recently discovered that weight gain was due to EATING! What a blow! I've tried to blame it on other things but I have to admit I'm wrong. It's what and how much I eat that puts on and keeps the weight on, to be sure.
It's not that I'm hungry all the time, I just eat because it's one of my favorite things. As stubborn as I feel about this subject, I'm going to eat tiny amounts more often instead of the one giant meal. (Or the two giant meals if I have the good fortune to go out to eat with fun family or friends). I'm also going to make sure that I have gone up and down the stairs in the house at lease 20 times each day. Please wish me confidence, happy resolve and success!
