Drink more waterMore than a year ago
I simply forget to drink water. I'm usually not thirsty because I don't often add salt to my food and don't often eat foods that are very salty. I need to set up a trigger to remember to drink a cup of water even if I'm not thirsty. I know that drinking water will help me feel more full, and hopefully I'll be less hungry and lose some weight! And, I know that water will help my metabolism and keep my body working more efficiently....it will also help my brain function....soooo, my trigger is now whenever I look at the clock to see what time it is, I will also drink a glass of water!
